NETTIE NITZBERG, principal

A graduate of George Washington University with an M.A. in Education and Human Resource Development, Nettie interned at the American Red Cross and provided consulting services to Bell Atlantic before joining Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in the Change Management Group after graduation. At Accenture, she was responsible for a variety of training design and development projects supporting large system implementations. Client projects included assignments with Marriott Corporation and BCBS of Virginia.

Nettie left Accenture to join SkyTel Corporation, a mobile telecommunications start-up. As Manager of Training Programs and later as Director of Education and Development, she led a team of instructional designers and program facilitators in the design and development of the company's sales training, product marketing, customer service, engineering and technical operations, as well as supporting human resource and management development initiatives.

Nettie is actively involved with Business Marketing Association of Atlanta. She is a board member and Director of Communication for the Pope High School Foundation, and sits on the Career Tech/Graphics Design Advisory Board for Pope. Nettie is a member of Innovators Brain Trust and a past member of Vistage. She has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and several other social action groups.

Since launching WOW! transformations in 1994, Nettie has created and introduced a unique client-centered proven process for transforming existing ideas, knowledge and expertise into opportunities for business growth and increased revenue.

MARNA FRIEDMAN, director/business development

As Director of Business Development, Marna is responsible for developing and cultivating the sales and marketing efforts of WOW!, including managing the company's social media marketing campaigns and company blog.

Prior to joining WOW!, Marna worked in the Human Capital and Strategy practice in the Philadelphia office of the accounting and business consulting firm of RSM McGladrey, where she was responsible for providing retention-based recruitment solutions and human resource consulting services to privately held client companies in the Philadelphia area. Marna also spent several years practicing law, specializing in insurance defense litigation.

Marna is an active member of a number of professional organizations, including Business Marketing Association of Atlanta and SHRM-Atlanta. She is an active volunteer with Hands On Atlanta, JF&CS and MUST Ministries. Marna has been a participant in several Habitat for Humanity Blitz builds in her former home state of Pennsylvania.

Marna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. In addition, Marna has earned her PHR designation and a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
