History

Founded by Nettie Nitzberg, WOW! transformations has been helping clients change their images from homegrown to sophisticated since 1994. With Nettie’s strong instructional design background and natural creative flair, WOW! has transformed hundreds of mundane materials into WOW! masterpieces.


Prior to starting WOW! transformations, Nettie worked in the corporate training and development field. During her corporate tenure at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and SkyTel Corporation, she was responsible for directing a team of instructional designers and program facilitators, managing projects, directing training facilitation, as well as designing and developing curricula.


Nettie earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Training from George Washington University and has her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a member of the Atlanta Women's Network, an associate member of the Georgia Coach Association, and is an active member of Vistage.
