A Communication Initiative That Did A Whole Lot More

Target: To enhance and improve the communication of Sales and Marketing Training Department services to its internal customers.

Result: A new messaging platform and department brand provides consistent and branded messaging from all Sales and Marketing Training employees, reinforced through branded documentation used in emails, marketing, communication and training.

How We Did It: A phased approach was used to create the messaging and branded templates.

  • Phase I, Messaging Session: WOW! transformations led a one-day messaging session to discover key message components and get feedback from other client employees. From this session (and through an iterative process) the messaging document was created that included a positioning statement, unique value proposition, tagline, process and service offerings, client focus and qualitative and quantitative values.
  • Phase 2, Development of Branded Marketing Templates: Working within the "branded bible guidelines" created in Phase I and using the new tagline and existing company logo, WOW! created PowerPoint and Word marketing templates, as well as email and other internal communication materials.
