Client: Hunter Business Development, LP
Assignment: A business development company needed effective tools to support selling and teaching business strategies and tactics to its primary customers.
Strategy Used: WOW! transformations began the project with a needs assessment that evaluated existing and potential training methods and tools, including workshops, webcasts and presentations. Then a "Detailed Design Document" was created to depict the roadmap to the content and delivery.
Tactics: The "Detailed Design Document" is a key element in the WOW! Program Development Process. It outlines the entire workshop from "Welcome" to "Close" including objectives, content scripts, activity instructions and branded materials. The development phase was followed by client support throughout roll-out and implementation.
The Results: WOW! transformations and the client created a "Business Developer Learning Program," the company's first foray into customized learning solutions.
